·      Provides ongoing technical support to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping with any technical issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

·      Negotiates with clients, clarifying expectations, and ensuring that both parties are aligned on the proposed solution.

·      Monitors billing and settlements.

·      Stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and technical achievements.
