About the Role
We are looking for a
Spanish-speaking Technical Support Representative
to join our support team in Athens. In this role, you will provide high-quality assistance to customers, resolving their issues and ensuring an excellent support experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in
Spanish
. - Troubleshoot operating systems and applications and services (software, accounts, subscriptions, etc.).
- Provide step-by-step technical assistance with patience and clarity.
- Escalate complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver excellent service while adhering to performance targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (C2 level)
– both written and spoken. - Professional level of English (B2 or higher)
- Previous experience in
customer support or technical assistance
is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Athens.
- EU citizenship or valid EU work permit
(no visa sponsorship available).
