Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Guest Relations / Events Coordinator
to join our team at Aquagrand for the 2026summer season. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lindos, Rhodes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience — from the first impression to the final farewell.

The
Guest Relations / Events Coordinator
will be responsible for communicating with guests, providing personalized service, assisting with on-property event coordination, and supporting internal promotional activities. The role involves handling guest enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, elevating the overall guest experience, and assisting in the planning and execution of events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
  • Act as the main point of contact for guest enquiries and special requests
  • Coordinate and support events, private functions, and celebrations within the resort
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence
  • Identify guest preferences and opportunities to enhance their experience
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail
  • Experience in hospitality, guest relations, or event coordination (previous resort experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred
