ERP RETAIL SUPPORT AGENT

Περιγραφή Θέσης:

  • Υποστήριξη πελατών και καταστημάτων στην εφαρμογή Λιανικής πώλησης της εταιρείας
  • Εγκατάσταση και παραμετροποίηση εφαρμογών
  • Εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη υφιστάμενων πελατών (τηλεφωνικά, απομακρυσμένα ή στην έδρα τους)
  • Αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων και υποστήριξη για την επίλυση τους
  • Καταγραφή αιτημάτων & εκκρεμοτήτων και συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α θα πρέπει να διαθέτει :

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον ενός (1) έτους στην χρήση προγραμμάτων ERP ή σε εφαρμογή Λιανικής πώλησης
  • Γνώσεις προγραμμάτων Εμπορικής Διαχείρισης
  • Γνώση MS Office

Θα θεωρηθεί ως πρόσθετο πλεονέκτημα :

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε Εμπορικό τμήμα για την υποστήριξη προγραμμάτων Λιανικής Πώλησης
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε θέση σύμβουλου ERP για την υποστήριξη πελατών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα :

  • Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής, Λογιστικής ή άλλης Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης από ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ/Ιδιωτικό Κολλέγιο
  • Πολύ καλή Γνώση Αγγλικών με ευχέρεια σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης και δυνατότητα ταξιδιών
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες)
