Η Ηπειρωτική Βιομηχανία Εμφιαλώσεων Α.Ε στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής της, αναζητά να εντάξει στο Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό της Graphic Designer που θα ευθύνεται για το σχεδιασμό του οπτικού υλικού (ετικέτες, συσκευασίες, αναρτήσεις στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, κα) συνυφασμένο με το branding μας.

Πιο αναλυτικά:

  • Δημιουργία οπτικού υλικού για ψηφιακές και έντυπες καμπάνιες, όπως social media, website, έντυπα, banners και παρουσιάσεις.
  • Διασφάλιση της συνέπειας της εταιρικής ταυτότητας σε όλες τις σχεδιαστικές εφαρμογές.
  • Σχεδιασμός δημιουργικών για διαφημιστικές ενέργειες τόσο σε online όσο και offline μέσα.
  • Σχεδιασμός υλικών προβολής στο σημείο πώλησης (POS materials), όπως stands, shelf talkers, αφίσες και προωθητικά έντυπα.
  • Δημιουργία παρουσιάσεων και visuals για τις ανάγκες του Trade Marketing και των πωλήσεων.
  • Ανάπτυξη καταλόγων προϊόντων, φυλλαδίων και B2B προωθητικών υλικών.
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα συσκευασίας για το σχεδιασμό και την ανανέωση ετικετών & συσκευασιών σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές και τις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές της μάρκας.
  • Διασφάλιση ότι όλα τα σχέδια είναι εκτυπώσιμα και πληρούν τις τεχνικές απαιτήσεις.
  • Δημιουργία mockups και πρωτοτύπων για νέα προϊόντα.
  • Δημιουργία υλικού για εσωτερικές επικοινωνίες, όπως newsletters, ανακοινώσεις και εκπαιδευτικά εγχειρίδια.
  • Υποστήριξη των ενεργειών employer branding μέσω δημιουργικών για καμπάνιες προσλήψεων, career fairs και εταιρικές δράσεις.
  • Σχεδιασμός υλικών για εταιρικές εκδηλώσεις, όπως προσκλήσεις, posters και branded περιεχόμενο.
  • Συμμετέχει σε συναντήσεις με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες Marketing και αντίστοιχα agencies, στο πλαίσιο υλοποίησης πρωτοβουλιών προώθησης και προβολής προϊόντων και της ίδιας της Εταιρείας.
  • Παρακολουθεί συστηματικά τις εξελίξεις και καινοτομίες της αγοράς, ενημερώνεται για τις σχεδιαστικές τάσεις, νέα προγράμματα σχεδιασμού και άλλες ψηφιακές λύσεις στο χώρο και προτείνει ιδέες για βελτίωση του αντικειμένου του και ευρύτερα της λειτουργίας ευθύνης του στον προϊστάμενό του.
  • Παρακολουθεί και αναλύει δείκτες μέτρησης αποτελεσματικότητας & αποδοτικότητας του ρόλου του, εντοπίζει θέματα / περιοχές προς βελτίωση, με σκοπό την αποτελεσματική λειτουργία του και ενημερώνει σχετικά τον προϊστάμενό του, προτείνοντας επίσης τρόπους βελτίωσης.
  • Στον κάτοχο της θέσης είναι δυνατόν να ανατεθούν εργασίες / αντικείμενα που κριθούν αναγκαία από τη Διοίκηση για σκοπούς επίτευξης των στόχων της Εταιρείας
  • Επιθυμητή η γνώση σε 3D rendering, δυνατότητα δημιουργίας ρεαλιστικών απεικονίσεων συσκευασιών.

Requirements

  • Άριστη γνώση Adobe Creative Cloud (Firefly Generative AI, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Xd)
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
  • Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι. ή Τ.Ε.Ι. (Ελλάδα ή εξωτερικό) σε Γραφιστική, Visual Communication και άλλα συναφή αντικείμενα ή σχετικό πεδίο θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στον σχεδιασμό γραφικών
  • Εκτεταμένο portfolio εικονογραφήσεων ή άλλων γραφικών
