Role Summary

We are looking for a professional and organized 
Administrative Secretary
 to join our team in Athens. This full-time, on-site role at our front desk involves ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent patient service, and maintaining effective communication within the laboratory. The position requires a 
rotating schedule, including two Saturdays per month
.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of patient files
  • Support the coordination of laboratory workflows and communication between departments
  • Assist in preparing reports and administrative documents
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality, quality, and organizational standards
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Paramedical Sciences, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a medical, clinical, or customer service setting is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Access)
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential. Maintain a professional demeanor and be committed to patient-centered service
  • Flexibility to work a
