Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an implementation consultant
already familiar with the platform
. The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing solutions, and implementing technology solutions to support business goals. The employee will also provide management consulting and business analysis services to clients.

This job post is for people already experienced creating processes with monday.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Engaging with clients to comprehensively understand their workflow needs and requirements.
• Designing tailored solutions on the platform to optimize client workflows.
• Keeping abreast of updates, enhancements, and new features introduced to the platform.
• Providing comprehensive client trainings on the usage, features, and functionalities of the platform.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients by being a reliable point of contact.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Experience as a builder
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Ability to aid cross-functional teams and stakeholders in delivering results
• Client-facing, strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves:

• Project Management and/or Business Consulting experience
• Experience in process digitalization, workflow optimization, or automation
