Language Requirements: Dutch (C2/native) + English (B2+)

Contract Type: Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat

  • Assist with orders, accounts, products, or basic troubleshooting

  • Collaborate with team leaders and quality teams

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional support

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Native Dutch speaker and 

    English at a B2+ level (used for training and internal communication)

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Willingness to relocate if not already based in Greece

  • Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
