We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support operations at our Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) warehouse in Oinofyta. The role focuses on the end-to-end receiving process of materials, ensuring the accurate management and registration of all accompanying documents, as well as the issuance of necessary service notes and delivery slips for the dispatch or transfer of materials from the warehouse to other departments within the company or to external partners. This position is critical for ensuring inventory accuracy through the correct and timely posting of receiving documents.

• Oversee the end-to-end receiving process, including document verification, ERP entry, and proper archiving
• Manage and register all accompanying documents (delivery notes, invoices, etc.)
• Issue service notes or delivery slips for the dispatch/transfer of materials
• Ensure timely and accurate posting in the company's ERP/SAP MM system
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Maintenance departments to ensure proper material flow
• Monitor and manage outstanding issues related to the registration of accompanying documents
• Oversee and actively participate in both field operations and office-related tasks
• Participate actively in receiving processes to ensure accurate stock handling and movement
• Conduct cycle counts and participate in inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations

• Degree from a Technical Institute (TEI) or Vocational Training Institute (IEK) in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain roles
• Good command of Greek and English (both written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
