Role Description

We are looking for a
Brand Marketing Executive
to support our Marketing team in
planning, executing, and monitoring brand communication and promotional activities
for the brands represented by the company.

This role combines
creative and operational responsibilities
, with hands-on involvement in campaigns, retail activations, collaborations with agencies and events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaign Support

  • Participate in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day project tasks (timelines, approvals).
  • Organize and coordinate campaign assets (videos, banners, photos, press kits).

2. Content Coordination & Management

  • Coordinate content creation and publishing with agencies for company and brand social media channels.
  • Support content creation and occasional publishing as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on brand/store promotion activities, mainly with the Marketing Operations Manager, Brand Managers, and Design team.

3. External Partner Coordination

  • Communicate and support collaboration with agencies, PR firms, event companies, and wholesale clients.
  • Manage influencer and ambassador partnerships (briefs, logistics, approvals).

4. Retail & Visual Marketing Support

  • Assist in implementing in-store campaigns (POP materials, signage, banners).
  • Monitor compliance with brand guidelines across stores.

5. Event & Activation Support

  • Participate in planning and organizing events and brand activations.
  • Manage logistics (samples, shipments, guests, materials).

6. Research & Analysis

  • Track competitors and identify trends in sports, streetwear, and lifestyle markets.
  • Contribute to campaign reports and performance analysis.

7. Administrative Support

  • Assist with marketing material orders and invoicing.
  • Prepare internal or partner-facing presentations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or brand support roles.
  • Ability to manage projects and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for sports brands, lifestyle, and trends.
