Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Project Manager based in Athens, with some flexibility for working from home. The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various technical projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role also requires consistent documentation and the ability to provide clear status updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to oversee and organize technical initiatives
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement
  • Team Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate project teams effectively
  • Experience in technical environments, with a background in IT, technology, or engineering fields considered an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
