Legal Collection Attorney

Sioufas & Associates Law Firm, a leading Greek law firm with offices in three major cities of Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras), and in Romania (Bucharest), is currently looking for a legal collection attorney who would like to join its dynamic, motivating and highly skilled team of qualified attorneys at Patras.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analysis of legal and financial parameters of each case
• Telephone or in-person communication with debtors and their legal representatives
• Negotiation to find a sustainable solution
• Drafting of settlements / out-of-court settlement

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion
• Ability to adjust to a fast pace and continuously evolving environment

• Business acumen with a solution-oriented approach

• Law graduate from a Greek or international university with a recognized qualification
• 2 years of experience in the practice of law with preferred involvement in cases of Law 3869 & Law 4605
• Excellent knowledge of PC usage and Office programs (Word & Excel)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
