Join our team as a
Billing Clerk
and take charge of invoicing, delivery notes, and billing processes. Use your ERP and Office skills to ensure accurate financial operations while collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Your Role:
- Issue delivery notes and invoices (domestic and international).
- Verify customer agreements for accurate billing.
- Communicate with customs brokers.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and external accounting teams.
Your Profile:
- Degree from a University, Technical University, or Vocational School (AEI, TEI, or IEK).
- Previous experience in a similar role or in accounting-related tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Very good English skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills, team spirit, and adaptability.
