We're looking for multilingual customer-focused individuals to join a global force, respected and recognised for the paramount customer care they deliver year after year.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, support.
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: €1300 Gross each month
  • 10% monthly performance bonus

  • Fixed working hours available for mothers with children under 2
  • Meal voucher card: €50 net per month (first year)
  • Relocation support includes 1-month free accommodation in hotel and flight paid for.

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 - 00:00 Working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
