results-oriented and versatile Mechanical Engineer

to support the design and execution of technologically advanced construction projects.

The successful candidate will join our MEP engineering function, contributing to the
design, engineering, coordination, and implementation

of mechanical applications across diverse project types. This role offers an excellent opportunity for mid-level professionals to further strengthen their expertise through exposure, involvement, planning and execution of complex, high-specification projects.

Candidate will be expected to:

• Design, engineer, and develop MEP solutions and mechanical systems for ongoing construction projects.
• Review mechanical, construction, and MEP drawings and technical specifications across all design stages.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth progress across design and construction phases.
• Draft and administer the contracts with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Implement designs and participate in installations of equipment on project sites.
• Monitor and supervise MEP installation crews, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Organize, participate and supervise MEP commissioning procedures during final project stages.
• Follow, update, and revise project time schedules and progress forecasts.
• Update, organize and review the Maintenance & Safety procedures applied on operational facilities.
• Provide technical support, service, and maintenance for MEP installations on delivered projects.

Qualifications

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering (Polytechnic Schools only)
• MSc will be considered as a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles within construction or industrial project sites.
• Strong experience using design and engineering tools.
• Prior experience in BIM software (Revit) will be considered a plus.
• Excellent command of MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills.
• Ability to adapt new technologies in construction procedures.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Project management and project planning experience will be considered as a plus
• Availability to travel in Greece and abroad.
