Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of goods and services required for the smooth operation of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet the company's quality, price, and delivery standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible value for the company.
  • Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or cost.
  • Work closely with internal departments (e.g., finance, construction, Marketing and operations) to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about new suppliers, products, and trends in the industry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to procurement performance and cost analysis.
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification in Procurement or in a similar direction
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).
  • Experience with international procurement and supply chain management.
  • Fluency in English.
