The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of "Transformation Project Coordinator" (Συντονιστής Έργων Μετασχηματισμού) for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the General Manager of Operations of the Management Department, based in Olympias.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the link between General Management and Project Managers.
• Develop an integrated project plan for all the subprojects under Transformation, that meets stakeholder requirements and implement change control across the project as required.
• Gather regular updates on progress, risks, and resource needs.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and requirements.
• Consolidate project information into clear reports and dashboards for management.
• Prepare presentations that summarize progress, risks, and key decisions required.
• Standardize and maintain consistent reporting formats across all projects.
• Provide timely information to help General Management monitor progress and make informed decisions.
• Highlight issues or risks that may require escalation.
• Maintain documentation such as meeting notes, action trackers, and project registers.

Requirements:

• Higher Degree in Engineering (e.g. MSc, MEng in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Geology
• PMP or Six Sigma Certification will be a plus.
• 2-4 years in projects management or contract coordination/supervision, ideally in an industrial environment
• Creating effective work teams
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Commitment to safe working practices
• Understanding of basic legal premises, jargon and structure of engineering and construction project contracts.
• Overall understanding - fast reaction and decision
• Strong Communication – Coordination Skills
• Agility
