What you will be doing
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Renewal Sales team as a Renewal Operations Coordinator Intern. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate who's eager to start their career in the software industry and gain experience in sales operations and customer renewals. You'll play a key role in supporting the renewal maintenance process by managing data accuracy, processing renewals, and assisting with system updates in Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP. After training, you'll be trusted to work independently on moderately complex tasks, helping ensure smooth operations for our customers and internal teams.
- Support the Renewal Sales team by managing and maintaining accurate customer, quote, and contract data in Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP.
- Prepare and process renewal maintenance quotes and order entries according to company standards.
- Validate data between SFDC and SAP to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, and Order Management) to resolve discrepancies or data issues.
- Track renewal opportunities and timelines to ensure on-time processing and follow-ups.
- Assist with generating reports, summaries, and dashboards to support the senior Renewal Sales team.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline data entry or process efficiency.
- Work under limited supervision after training, demonstrating initiative and accountability in day-to-day tasks.
What you will bring
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
- Comfort working with structured processes and multiple systems simultaneously.
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred:
- Internship or coursework experience in a business operations, data, or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or SAP.
- Interest in sales operations or customer lifecycle management in the software industry.
