ValueSync is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Client's talented team. In this role, you will manage the delivery of technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and create detailed project plans. Your strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will help drive projects forward and mitigate risks. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and cooperation.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
