The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of Construction Civil Engineer | Πολιτικός Μηχανικός Κατασκευών for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the Deputy Construction Manager of the IEWMF Construction Department, based in Skouries.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of earthworks plans and schedules, in accordance with project specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Supervision and direction of earthmoving contractors, ensuring that all earthworks activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring and tracking of earthworks progress, with adjustments to plans and schedules as needed.
• Coordination of interfaces with other construction contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and to budget.
• Inspection of all earthworks activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Compliance with all safety and environmental regulations at all times.
• Maintenance and updating of earthworks records and documentation.
• Participation in the materials characterization procedure as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in earthworks construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks construction principles, practices, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Very good knowledge of English
• Experience with design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) will be considered a plus.
• Driver's license
