The role in detail
Manages and leads a team of Business Analysts and Service Designers, ensuring high-quality delivery across
requirement gathering
,
process mapping
, and
service design
activities. Drives excellence in
business analysis
for complex
technology initiatives
, including
AI-driven solutions
,
digital platforms
, and
enterprise transformation projects
. Acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, embedding
Design Thinking
within
Business Analysis frameworks
to ensure clarity, alignment, and measurable business value

*The key responsibilities of this role will include:*

• Apply Design Thinking methods (discovery, ideation, prototyping) to enhance solution relevance and user impact.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Architects to translate business goals into actionable designs.
• Support stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops for requirement elicitation and solution validation.
• Monitor team performance, coach analysts, and ensure continuous skills development.
• Contribute to the refinement of BA frameworks, templates, and governance mechanisms.

To be successful at this role you need the following
(hard and soft skills)
:

• Prior experience in team leadership or managerial role within consulting or digital transformation environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, service design, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated success in the delivery of AI projects, applying analytical rigor and strategic insight to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Proven experience in technology-driven business analysis, particularly in AI, data platforms, and enterprise-grade systems.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, process design, and service design principles.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Familiarity with data lifecycle, API-driven architectures, and AI solution integration.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN tools or similar design platforms.
