Projektbereiche
  • B2C-Projekte: direkter Kundenservice, reine Inbound-Kommunikation, keine Verkaufsaktivitäten – vor allem in Projekten rund um digitale Plattformen und Software, Online-Banking, etc.
  • B2B-Projekte: Business-(Bestands)kundenkontakt mit beratender und vertrieblicher Rolle, teilweise einschließlich Outbound – häufig mit Fokus auf IT-Lösungen, Software-Services oder Social-Media-Werbeprodukte

Aufgaben

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Privat- oder Geschäftskunden im digitalen Umfeld

  • Unterstützung bei Fragen zur Bestellung, Stornierung, Software-Handling, Account-Angelegenheiten oder digitalen Services

  • Lösungsorientierte Kommunikation und Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback an interne Teams
  • Arbeit vor Ort in Athen, hybrid oder vollständig remote – abhängig von Projekt und Kategorie

Skills
  • deutsche oder andere EU-Staatsbürgerschaft (für die formelle Arbeitserlaubnis)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend)
  • Mindestens B2-Level Englisch
  • Motivation und Lernbereitschaft, auch bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Freude am Umgang mit digitalen Tools, Software und Social-Media-Themen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und professionelles Auftreten
