We are now looking for a
Way4 Batch Operator
with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the job scheduling, transmission processing, and report distribution
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to define the scope of testing activities, acting as a key stakeholder in the Testing - Issuing & Clearing area
• Planning, estimating, and scheduling all testing activities, defining timelines and milestones, managing dependencies, and monitoring deliverables within the Issuing & Clearing domain
• Ensuring the development and execution of Test Plans, Test Cases, and Regression Testing, and managing the overall testing cycles to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications
• Preparing and presenting progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and management presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic junior-level programming skills and practical experience with SQL for data analysis and processing
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand internal business processes and operational functions
• Flexibility to work in stand-by rotation, according to operational requirements
• Ability to work effectively by following instructions and manuals, while also acting independently to coordinate and resolve issues
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in standard office and technical applications
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken
