Company Profile

Grafima Advertising S.A., with many years of experience in publishing and advertising production, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Advertising Space. The role involves daily telephone communication with clients and the sale of advertising space across our magazines and partner publications.

Responsibilities

  • Daily outbound and inbound calls with existing and new clients for the sale of advertising space in print and digital media.
  • Development and management of a customer portfolio through targeted phone outreach.
  • Presentation of promotional opportunities and available advertising packages.
  • Negotiation of collaboration terms and closing of deals over the phone.
  • Analysis of client needs and identification of cross-selling opportunities. Generation and forwarding of leads for additional company products and services.
  • Active collaboration with the wider sales team and creative department to ensure excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 2+ years in sales — ideally in telephone/inside sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong persuasive ability.
  • Familiarity with phone communication as a primary sales tool.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of creative and printing processes.
