We are looking for an
Account Executive
who will take ownership of B2B sales management, addressing
IT Directors, CISOs, and CTOs
in environments of high responsibility and increased demands.

Why this role exists

The Account Executive is responsible for converting
qualified commercial interest into structured, realistic, and sustainable commercial agreements.

This role is not about simply selling services.

It is about
guiding decisions
in complex cybersecurity environments.

At Cenobe, the Account Executive is the person who
bridges technical reality with executive decision-making.

They are the one who:

listens before speaking

understands the risk behind the request

helps the client distinguish what truly matters

What you will do in practice

Lead complex B2B sales cycles (discovery → proposal → close)

Engage with IT Directors, CISOs, and CTOs

Understand each organization's decision logic

Co-create proposals together with Solutions Architects

Guide discussions from "what they're asking for" to "what they actually need"

Own the process from the first conversation to closing the deal

What we are looking for in you

Comfort in demanding, senior-level discussions related to technology

Ability to connect technical topics with business and risk impact

Structured thinking and clear communication

Accountability for what you promise—and why

Ιdeally, you have:

Experience in B2B sales (tech, IT, or cybersecurity)

Exposure to services such as penetration testing, red teaming, or compliance

Experience in consultative / value-based selling

Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management
