Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor vineyard cultivation practices.

  • Implement sustainable and innovative viticultural methods.

  • Conduct soil, climate, and plant health analysis to optimize vineyard performance.

  • Collaborate closely with the winemaking team to align vineyard practices with wine production goals.

  • Supervise seasonal work (planting, pruning, harvesting).

  • Research and introduce new techniques, varietals, and technologies.

  • Ensure compliance with organic and sustainability certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field; specialization in Viticulture is required.

  • Proven professional experience in vineyard management.

  • Strong knowledge of ampelography, plant physiology, and soil science.

  • Hands-on experience with organic and sustainable cultivation methods.

  • Ability to lead teams in the field and manage agricultural operations.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in Greek and good knowledge of English.
