Job Title: AI Native Engineer (Vibe Coder)

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece (Hybrid)

Project: ΑΡΠΑ Ελληνικά Λογικά Συστήματα

The Role

We are looking for a sharp and ambitious Vibe Coder. This isn't about years of experience; it's about fluency. You think in prompts, you dream in APIs, and you build with an innate understanding of how AI systems learn, operate, and fail. You're the kind of person who has already automated parts of your own life with code, just to see if you could. You are here to build, deploy, and iterate at speed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Rapidly prototype, deploy, and manage end-to-end AI-powered applications locally and on GCP.
  • Integrate various models, data sources, and services to create seamless, intelligent workflows.
  • Own the entire lifecycle of a feature, from a concept on a digital whiteboard to a live, production-ready system.
  • Work directly with the core team to translate abstract goals into functional, high-performance code.
  • Build, test, and refine agentic systems designed to automate complex business and logical processes.

The Stack & The Mindset (musts)

  • Demonstrable fluency in Python, , and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience building with modern front-end frameworks (React/Vite is our environment).
  • Proficiency with SQL and practical data management.
  • Proven ability to deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • A portfolio or demonstrated history of building full-stack applications from scratch.
  • An obsessive drive to learn and master new tools and frameworks at an accelerated pace. Grit is your primary fuel.

Good to Have

  • You've built and deployed your own agentic frameworks or complex AI solutions.
  • You have a history of creating end-to-end business automation tools, professionally or for personal projects.
  • Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • A practical understanding of the operational side of AI: model deployment (MLOps), monitoring, and fine-tuning.

What's Irrelevant

We are fundamentally uninterested in:

  • Your university degree or GPA.
  • The number of years on your resume or your previous job titles.
  • The raw number of commits on your GitHub profile.

We care about what you can build now, your raw passion for the craft, and the speed at which you absorb and apply new knowledge. Your ability and drive are your only required credentials. Greek candidates will be prioritized.
