Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς εξέλιξής μας, αναζητούμε για άμεση στελέχωση 
συνεργάτη στον ρόλο του Product Manager.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες σου θα είναι:

  • Ανάλυση της στρατηγικής του ανταγωνισμού, τις ανάγκες των πελατών για την δημιουργία στρατηγικής προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών
  • Δημιουργία περιβάλλοντος για το όραμα του προϊόντος τόσο εσωτερικά όσο και σε συνεργασία με κύριους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
  • Προετοιμασία και ανάπτυξη του στρατηγικού σχεδίου 360
    0
    προκειμένου να ενισχυθεί η κερδοφορία και το μερίδιο αγοράς
  • Στόχευση και ιεράρχηση δραστηριοτήτων με βάση τον αντίκτυπο στην επιχείρηση και στους πελάτες
  • Δημιουργία και αξιολόγηση των σχεδίων προώθησης ανά κατηγορία και εποχικότητα
  • Προβλέψεις για νέα προϊόντα και εξασφάλιση της ομαλής ένταξης στην υπάρχουσα γκάμα και το απαιτούμενο επίπεδο αποθεμάτων
  • Δημιουργία σχεδίου δράσης για την διαχείριση των κατηργημένων προϊόντων
  • Στενή συνεργασία με τις ομάδες του δικτύου για τη διασφάλιση γρήγορης κυκλοφορίας στην αγορά
  • Αύξηση της ενημέρωσης και της κατανόησης, ενεργώντας ως πρεσβευτής προϊόντος τόσο στους πελάτες όσο και στους πωλητές.
  • Αντιπροσώπευση της εταιρείας με επισκέψεις στους πελάτες για λήψη ανατροφοδότησης σχετικά με τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες της εταιρείας
  • Σύνταξη και παρουσίαση εμπορικών reports (αγορές, πωλήσεις, κερδοφορία, αποθέματα, προμηθευτές, εκπαιδεύσεις, προωθητικές ενέργειες, κ.α.)
  • Σχεδιασμός, υλοποίηση και παρουσίαση προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης συνεργατών

Οι υποχρεωτικές προδιαγραφές της θέσης είναι:

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών στη διαχείριση προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών
  • Ικανότητα ανάπτυξης στρατηγικής προϊόντων και μάρκετινγκ και αποτελεσματική κοινοποίηση προτάσεων προς τα διοικητικά στελέχη
  • Ισχυρές δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διάθεση για σκληρή εργασία
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας
  • Θα προτιμηθεί μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών
  • Άριστη γνώση Outlook
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office
  • Γνώση χειρισμού ERP προγράμματος
