Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Khaniá for a Sou Chef. The Sou Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, managing kitchen staff, ensuring the quality and presentation of meals, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. The Sou Chef will also be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking
  • Experience in menu planning and kitchen management
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Culinary degree or certification is preferred
