About the role

Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Grooms across all of Greece. If you keep outdoor areas spotless, and look after guests with a smile, wed like to meet you.

What youll do

• Meet & greet guests at entrances, unload/load vehicles, tag and handle luggage safely.

• Escort guests to rooms, offer brief orientation (key features, AC, safe, breakfast hours).

• Manage luggage storage (hold room): tickets, shelving order, priority deliveries, group arrivals.

• Deliver amenities/messages/parcels swiftly, assist with buggy/club-car transfers where applicable.

• Coordinate with Front Office/Concierge/Transportation for arrivals, departures & VIPs.

• Keep porte-cochère/lobby tidy and hazard-free; care for trolleys and equipment.

What you bring

• No experience is required.

• English for guest communication, Greek or another language is a plus.

• Excellent manners, reliability, and pace under pressure; guest-first attitude.

• Physical stamina and safe lifting technique (luggage up to ~25 kg).

• Driving license (B) preferred; safe buggy/club-car driving.

• Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends).

• Eligibility to work in Greece.
