Senior Art Director actively participates in development and presentation of creative concepts, working closely with the Creative Director and the Account Director to ensure the effective execution of client communication strategies.Who are youAre you a senior creative leader who shapes powerful, strategically grounded visual ideas that elevate brands?Do you bring strong art direction across TV, digital, social, and print, ensuring a cohesive visual identity in every execution?Can you partner seamlessly with Creative, Strategy, and Client teams to turn concepts into high-impact work?Do you lead projects with clarity and aesthetic excellence, guiding teams toward innovative, polished creative output?Are you committed to continuous growth, creative rigor, and delivering standout visual solutions that move audiences and strengthen brands?What's your day-to-day Actively contributes to the creative ideation and visual direction of major campaigns.Collaborates closely with the Client Service and Planning teams to align creative output with business objectives.Translates strategic briefs into high-quality visual solutions.Participates in client presentations, clearly articulating the creative concept and the rationale behind proposed ideas.Leads, inspires, and develops creative team members (Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters).Keeps up-to-date with design trends and incorporates innovation into client work.Directs the team in establishing and maintaining the aesthetic direction of each project.Plans and monitors timelines and ensures deliverables are completed on schedule.Completes personal timesheets and ensures accurate timesheet reporting within the team.Responsible for the professional growth and development of the creative team.Ensures strategic and visual consistency across all client communication deliverables.Coordinates and oversees multiple projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and all work is delivered within scope and deadlines.Actively contributes to presenting the creative component during client pitches.Guides, supports, develops and evaluates members of the creative team.Participates actively in the development of the creative strategy alongside the Group Creative Director.You must have done this before. We're looking for a Senior Art Director with 5+ years of experience who can demonstrate a strong blend of creativity, strategic visual thinking, and hands-on experience in design and art direction.As a Senior Art Director , we expect you to have: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a creative role.Previous experience as an Art Director or Creative Director within an advertising agency, design agency, or in-house creative team.Experience working on major campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital).Proven ability and experience in leading and mentoring teams.Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.Excellent storytelling skills and confidence in presenting creative ideas to internal teams and clients.Ability to work quickly, consistently, and adaptively in demanding environments while maintaining high levels of creativity.Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative throughout all stages of production.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Desire to continuously evolve creative thinking and aesthetic approach by proposing fresh, bold ideas.Familiarity with modern AI creative platforms and ability to use them to accelerate creative production.Strategic thinking, understanding of brand positioning, and audience targeting.Team-oriented and highly collaborative.Professional fluency in English and confidence in presentations.Curiosity and commitment to staying informed about trends in the market, design, technology, and aesthetics.Above all, you are nice and talentedLet's break down what that means for us.Nice.You have a positive attitude, seeing the opportunity even in a problem.
