Information Technology Help Desk

We are looking for an
experienced IT Help Desk professional
to join our team and work at our client's premises in
Oinofyta
.

If you have a strong background in user support and hardware troubleshooting, this could be your next career move

What you'll do:

• Provide
  first and second-level IT support
  to end-users
• Manage and maintain
  Microsoft 365 accounts
  (Office apps, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Perform
  user and management
  in Active Directory
• Troubleshoot
  hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Assist in IT projects, system setups, and equipment deployment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience
  in IT Support / Help Desk roles
• Solid knowledge of
  Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
• Hands-on experience with
  PCs, laptops, printers, and other hardware
• Good communication skills in Greek and
  English
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
