About the Role

The Software Engineer in Test (SET) plays a mission-critical role in shaping the future of software quality at This is not just about testing—it's about engineering intelligent automation and AI-driven quality frameworks that elevate our products' performance, resilience, and user experience. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Development, DevOps, and QA teams to architect, code, and scale automated test systems. You'll also pioneer the integration of AI-powered testing capabilities—from self-healing test scripts to predictive analytics—to drive smarter quality outcomes at speed. This is a hands-on engineering role with high impact: you'll be writing test code, optimizing pipelines, and embedding AI into our CI/CD ecosystem to transform how quality assurance is done in fintech

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for functional, regression and integration testing.

• Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions (self-healing scripts, predictive defect detection, anomaly identification).

• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to embed automated testing across CI/CD pipelines.

• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and cases, ensuring strong coverage and quality metrics.

• Conduct manual testing where needed for complex or emerging features.

• Monitor and analyze test results, reporting key insights and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in software development, automation, or QA engineering.

• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, TypeScript, Python, etc.) and/or automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Maven/Gradle, Cucumber, REST API frameworks).

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing and machine learning techniques for test optimization.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and version control (Git).

• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST-assured) and SQL for backend validation.

• Strong knowledge of native iOS applications and Android terminal payment solutions is an asset.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
