Περιγραφή Θέσης:

Εταιρεία που δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο της βιομηχανικής υποστήριξης και των τεχνολογικών λύσεων για την παραγωγή, αναζητά ένα οργανωτικό και επικοινωνιακό άτομο για τη στελέχωση του τμήματος Ανταλλακτικών & After Sales Υποστήριξης.

Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος/α θα ενταχθεί σε μια δυναμική ομάδα και θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την παραγγελιοληψία, την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, τη διαχείριση ανταλλακτικών και γενικότερα την υποστήριξη των διαδικασιών πωλήσεων και τεχνικής υποστήριξης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

After Sales & Ανταλλακτικά

  • Καθημερινή επικοινωνία με πελάτες και προμηθευτές (εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού)
  • Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση παραγγελιών ανταλλακτικών
  • Ανάγνωση τεχνικών σχεδίων (μηχανολογικών/ηλεκτρολογικών) και τεχνικής ορολογίας
  • Σύνταξη και παρακολούθηση προσφορών
  • Οργάνωση αποστολών και παραλαβών
  • Χειρισμός courier (TNT, ACS κ.ά.)
  • Καταχώρηση και ενημέρωση στοιχείων στο CRM (Salesforce)

Τεχνική Υποστήριξη (Hotline)

  • Διαχείριση περιστατικών πρώτης γραμμής (για αποσυμφόρηση του τεχνικού τμήματος)
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση τιμολογίων πελατών/προμηθευτών για τεχνικές υπηρεσίες

Υποστήριξη Πωλήσεων & Social Media

  • Συλλογή υλικού από έργα και success stories πελατών
  • Συμμετοχή σε επισκέψεις και ενημέρωση του CRM για marketing υλικό και newsletters

Back Office & Οργάνωση Γραφείου

  • Υπευθυνότητα για την ομαλή λειτουργία του γραφείου
  • Αποστολή τεχνικών εγγράφων και προδιαγραφών πριν την εγκατάσταση μηχανημάτων
  • Συντονισμός μεταφορών και εγκαταστάσεων σε συνεργασία με το τεχνικό τμήμα

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (after sales / ανταλλακτικά / πωλήσεις)
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές & επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel και MS Office
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε CRM (ιδανικά Salesforce)
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες)
