Job requirements

• 1–2 years Night Audit/Front Office in luxury hospitality.

• Strong Opera PMS & Micros/RVC knowledge.

• Cash handling, reconciliations, and variance resolution experience.

• Solid Excel/reporting skills, high attention to detail & confidentiality.

• Fluent English; Greek preferred (additional languages a plus).

Job responsibilities

• Read Logbook/Feedback, arrange wake-up calls & breakfast boxes for night departures.

• Open/verify cashier, check pending arrivals/traces, room audit for next-day rates & billing instructions, credit-limit control.

• Ensure all departments submit daily reports and back up required reports before End-of-Day.

• Email requires Opera reports and charges to recipients.

• Prepare next-day departures and update Logbook for morning shift.

• Review voids in F&B reports, confirm approvals and report any issues to FOM/AFOM.

• Verify departmental closures/signatures and collect closure documents.
