Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern at the Embassy of Switzerland in Athens. The Intern will assist in various diplomatic tasks such as research, event planning, administrative support, and communication with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include drafting reports, attending and summarizing meetings, organizing events, and curating the social media presence of the Embassy.

Qualifications

  • Swiss citizenship or residence permit in Switzerland
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German and French
  • Proficiency in social media tasks and event planning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge and interest in international relations
  • Currently pursuing or recently (max 1 year ago) completed a master's degree
