Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in one of our key locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business objectives.

You will be reporting to: Store Director

More specifically, the candidate will:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate operational strategies to achieve business objectives
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a cohesive and motivated team
• Implement store merchandising, display strategies, and promotional activities
• Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective resolution of concerns and queries
• Coordinate with regional teams to align store objectives with overall company goals
