About the role
Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Kids Club Attendants across all of Greece. If you love working with children, bring positive energy, and deliver safe, creative activities, wed like to meet you.

What youll do

  • Plan and run age-appropriate activities (arts & crafts, sports, games, themed days) for junior  and teens where applicable.

  • Ensure child safeguarding at all times: secure check-in/out, headcounts, allergy awareness, risk assessments.

  • Communicate warmly with parents/guardians, keep clear records (attendance, incidents, medical notes).

  • Coordinate with Entertainment/Sports/Pool teams for joint events; support evening kids programs when scheduled.

  • Keep club spaces tidy, safe, and inviting; manage stock of materials and equipment.

What you bring

  • Kids Club/childcare/camps/education (hotel or leisure environment).

  • English for guest communication (additional languages a plus).

  • Energetic, patient, creative; strong crowd management and group control.

  • Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends); occasional evening events.

  • Eligibility to work in Greece. Clean background suitable for work with minors.
