Accounts Receivable Agent

What you'll do

• Manage incoming customer calls related to billing, invoicing, and general accounting inquiries.

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to address outstanding balances and arrange payment plans.

• Perform back-office administrative tasks to support customer requests (e.g., issuing invoice copies, reconciling accounts, confirming payments).

• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, and Customer Care teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

• Maintain and update efood/Foody customer records, including VAT information, bank account details, contact numbers, and email addresses.

• Communicate with customers to negotiate and coordinate settlements of outstanding balances.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be considered an asset.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in call center operations, ideally within an Accounts Receivable or related accounting function.

• Strong analytical thinking, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with accounting and ERP software; experience with SAP will be considered an asset.

• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
