About Us

Main Responsibilities:
Track and monitor pending client payments to ensure timely collection.
Maintain accurate client records, with emphasis on account details and aging overdue reports.
Perform daily bank reconciliations.
Identify, address, and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with payment obligations.
Negotiate payment plans and establish clear terms and conditions.
Collaborate with other departments on debt collection efforts and initiate legal proceedings when necessary.
Assess new credit requests and review the creditworthiness of both prospective and existing clients.

Candidate Profile:
Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field;
2-3 years of related professional experience, preferably in an international environment;
Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness;
Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
