HELLENIC CABLES S.A. 

is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our dynamic & fast growing Project Management Office.

As a Project Scheduler you will be responsible to ensure that a plan exists for the entire project cycle, from award to closure, providing effective planning oversight and control in order to minimize project failure, and promote timely task execution. Also you will ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the key milestones for the schedule, the time dependencies between the various work packages, the progress that has been made so far and any delays that have occurred or may occur in the future.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports the development of work package time plans working closely with Project Manager and Project Engineers
  • Measures of progress made
  • Conducts schedule forecasting
  • Contributes in development of overall project plan and of the definition of project's milestones and resources
  • Supports the identification and management of overall project dependencies and ensures project deliverables stay on-time
  • Provides input on impact of changes to schedule
  • Performs critical path analysis for project
  • Contributes to project reporting on areas of schedule performance and dependency management to the client, the project team and PMO Director
Qualifications:
  • Very good knowledge of MS-project and Primavera P6 planning software
  • Degree in Engineering, University or Technical
  • Relevant working experience up to 2 years
  • Strong organization skills to prioritize workload
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems/opportunities and drive cost-effective solutions
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
  • Good mathematical ability
  • Results and action oriented
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in German will be consider an asset
