Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process payments to partners, external collaborators and suppliers
  • Coordinate accounting processes with the external accounting office (gather invoices, coordinate, and schedule payments)
  • Reporting (expenses, payments, etc.)
  • Working closely with the finance department
  • Continue being on top of operational tasks.
  • Invoice processing and generation ( Oxygen software in GR and Xero in the UK)
  • Liaising with internal and external partners to resolve invoice and/or payment disputes
  • Processing of intercompany transactions
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time
  • Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable
  • My data submissions
  • C' Category Bookkeeping experience

Requirements:

  • 4+ year experience within an organized accounting team, preferable within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration. A Master's Degree from a prominent Greek or International University will be considered a strong plus.
