Warehouse Supervisor

apply2day is seeking, on behalf of our client, a hands-on and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join a leading industrial facility in Nea Artaki, Chalkida. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse operations, lead and mentor frontline teams, and ensure the efficient execution of logistics processes in full compliance with safety protocols, service standards, and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound shipments, storage, picking, packing, outbound deliveries, and returns, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop warehouse teams, promoting productivity, quality, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and perform spot or scheduled stock counts, promptly addressing discrepancies.
• Ensure continuous availability of packaging materials and initiate timely replenishment to avoid operational delays.
• Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and facility access protocols.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and refresher training to team members, ensuring operational readiness and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education, ideally in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound).
• Experience with ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of workplace Health & Safety standards.
• Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.
