Spanish Speaking Consultant for Business Software

- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients regarding business software and CRM inquiries
- Assist clients in selecting and implementing the most suitable software solutions for their needs
- Provide training sessions and workshops to help clients effectively utilize our services
- Resolve technical concerns and offer prompt solutions to client issues
- Document all client communications and keep track of support activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and assist in service improvement initiatives
- Stay informed on the latest technology trends and developments relevant to business software and CRM solutions
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
- Familiarity with business software and CRM systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability to effectively resolve client inquiries
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to customer engagement
- Prior experience in customer support or consulting is beneficial but not required
