As a Security Officer, you'll safeguard our premises and ensure the safety of our employees and visitors. Based in our Ypsonas office, you will monitor surveillance cameras from all our offices across Cyprus, ensuring that our facilities remain secure at all times. 

Responsibilities

  • Protect the company's premises, equipment, visitors, and employees, maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Monitor surveillance cameras across all office locations in Cyprus, promptly identifying and addressing any security breaches or suspicious activity
  • Conduct regular patrols of the Ypsonas premises to ensure all areas are secure
  • Manage access control systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel are granted entry
  • Respond swiftly to security incidents and emergencies, following established procedures to maintain safety
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required
  • Provide support to the driver/messenger as needed, ensuring continuity of service
  • Assist maintenance personnel and other colleagues with tasks as required
  • Support top management with ad-hoc activities, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar security role will be considered an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (6AM - 6PM, 6PM-6AM), including weekends and public holidays, on rotation
  • Fluent in English and Greek
