We are a growing travel company / DMC seeking a Travel Product Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Main responsibilities:

- Establish and manage partnerships with local suppliers (hotels, transport, guides)
- Market analysis and competitor monitoring
- Participation in the design and update of travel products
- Creation of pricing grids
- Uploading and managing products in internal systems
- Booking management and supplier relations
- Support to customer service and operational coordination

Candidate profile:

- Fluent in French (at least B2 level), English, and Greek (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
- Good computer skills and analytical mindset
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized, curious, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in tourism or product management is a plus

Producteur de voyages / DMC en plein développement, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Production Tourisme pour rejoindre notre petite équipe dynamique.

Missions principales :

-Mise en place et suivi des partenariats avec les prestataires locaux (hébergements, transport, guides)
- Analyse du marché et veille concurrentielle
- Participation à la conception et à la mise à jour des produits touristiques
- Élaboration des grilles tarifaires
- Saisie et mise en ligne des produits sur nos outils internes
- Suivi des réservations et relations fournisseurs
- Appui au service clients et coordination opérationnelle

Profil recherché :

- Maîtrise du français (obligatoire), anglais et grec (souhaité)
- Bonne connaissance du Pack Office (Excel indispensable)
- Aisance informatique et esprit analytique
- Bon niveau d'expression écrite
- Rigueur, curiosité et sens de l'organisation
- Première expérience dans le tourisme ou la production souhaitée

Η εταιρεία μας (DMC) σε ανάπτυξη, αναζητά έναν/μία Βοηθό Παραγωγής Τουρισμού για να ενταχθεί σε μια μικρή και δυναμική ομάδα.

Κύρια καθήκοντα:

- Δημιουργία και διαχείριση συνεργασιών με τοπικούς προμηθευτές (ξενοδοχεία, μεταφορές, ξεναγοί)

- Ανάλυση αγοράς και παρακολούθηση ανταγωνισμού
- Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την ενημέρωση των τουριστικών προϊόντων
- Καταχώρηση και διαχείριση προϊόντων στα εσωτερικά μας συστήματα
- Διαχείριση κρατήσεων και επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές
- Υποστήριξη πελατών και συντονισμός λειτουργιών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

- Άριστη γνώση Γαλλικών (τουλάχιστον επίπεδο Β2) και Αγγλικών. Η γνώση των Ελληνικών είναι επιθυμητή, αλλά όχι απαραίτητη
- Καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (κυρίως Excel)
- Αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα οργάνωσης πληροφοριών
- Καλή γραπτή και προφορική επικοινωνία
- Επιμελής και πρόθυμος/η να μάθει
- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στον τουρισμό ή στη διαχείριση προϊόντων είναι επιθυμητή
