Role

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily Front Office operations ensuring exceptional guest service across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and guiding Front Office team members to uphold Amanzoe service standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring prompt and thoughtful service.
  • Resolve guest concerns with discretion and professionalism, implementing service recovery as required.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and notes in Opera PMS.
  • Monitor shift reports, handovers, and communication logs to ensure consistency and continuity.
  • Support the Front Office Management Team with daily briefings, performance reviews, and operational planning.
  • Promote in-house services and experiences, and assist in enhancing upselling opportunities.

Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management from a recognised institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the Front Office of a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS or Fidelio and strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • A third language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership qualities with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal right to live and work in Greece is required.
