Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements the Company's commercial strategy on an annual basis and in the context of the five-year business plan of the Company.
- Conducts market, competition, and industry trend analysis in the field of laboratory testing, inspections, and certification.
- Proposes the development of new services to align the Company's operational capabilities with customer and market needs.
- Designs and monitors the performance of commercial activities and campaigns.
- Manages and grows the customer portfolio with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Manages and leads the sales team to achieve commercial targets and foster the professional development of team members.
- Monitors and analyses the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the sales.
- Coordinates and monitors the management of the Company's external communication channels.
- Oversees the internal customer management systems.
Requirements:
- Degree from a University/Technological Education Institute/College in one of the following fields: Engineering or Technological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or other field related to the Company's activities
- A Master's degree or an MBA in a subject related to the Company's activities will be an asset
- Minimum eight (8) years of total experience with at least seven (7) years of experience in sales, specifically related to laboratory testing services and/or certification services.
- At least two (2) years of experience in team management
- Very good knowledge of the English Language
- Very good presentation skills both in Greek & English language
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) will be an asset
