Job Description
We're looking for a
Power BI Engineer
who combines strong technical skills with an understanding of business impact. You'll design and deliver high-quality BI solutions, build efficient data models, and craft insightful dashboards that help organizations make data-driven decisions.
Exposure to
Microsoft Fabric
and its ecosystem will be considered a valuable plus, as our solutions increasingly integrate modern Fabric capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions and dashboards using
Power BI
.
• Build and optimize
data models
,
DAX measures
, and
Power Query
transformations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data visualizations.
• Manage Power BI service and deployment pipelines.
• Connect and integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Apply best practices in governance, security, and version control within the Power BI service.
• Contribute to modern data platform projects involving
Microsoft Fabric
(Dataflows, Lakehouse, Warehouse) where applicable.
• Mentor team members and support presales or proof-of-concept initiatives when needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a
Power BI Developer / Engineer
in analytics or consulting environments.
• Solid expertise in
data modeling, DAX, Power Query
, and Power BI service administration.
• Strong SQL and data integration skills.
• Understanding of
Microsoft Fabric
components (Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Warehouse) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Certifications:
- PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst)

required - DP-600 / DP-700 (Microsoft Fabric)

highly desirable - • Additional certifications in Azure or analytics are a plus.
