Operations Associate

EasyRental is growing, and we are looking for a new team member to join our 
Operations & Customer Service
 department at our offices in Iraklio, Attica.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Associate, your responsibilities include:

Customer Communication:
 Answer questions about our products and services, guide potential customers through the sales process, and forward calls to the right internal teams.

After-Sales Support:
 Manage scheduled maintenance and accidents, communicate with repair shops and insurance companies, draft necessary forms, and review invoices.

Sales Support:
 Issue contracts, arrange car insurance for new vehicles, perform data entry in our ERP system, and communicate with banks to provide required documents.

Lease-End Processes:
 Handle vehicle returns and inspections.

Administrative Duties:
 Perform general administrative and back-office duties as required.

Financial Communication:
 Communicate with clients regarding pending balances, lease expirations, and other financial matters.
